By visiting our Site, using our App, and/or utilizing the features made available to you through these platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.
This Policy applies only to information collected through the Services and does not apply to data we collect in other contexts.

Survey Data:
We may conduct surveys on behalf of brand partners or city partners:
- Brand Surveys: Typically non-PII data (e.g., Likert scale responses on branding or financial literacy). Results are often aggregated and anonymized.
- City Surveys: May include limited PII (e.g., name, email, phone, ZIP code) to understand visitor behavior and improve event experiences. In exchange, users may receive free event photos.
Location Data:
We may collect anonymized location data (longitude, latitude, timestamps, unique identifiers) to understand user movement patterns at events. This data is stored securely (e.g., in Google Firebase) and visualized (e.g., via Mapbox) as heatmaps. No personally identifiable information is tied to these points.
Cookies, Pixel Tags, and Similar Technologies:
We use cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, mobile advertising IDs, and similar tools to improve functionality, measure performance, and serve relevant content/ads. You can manage your preferences via our cookie consent tools (e.g., CookieYes) and Google Consent Mode settings.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information:
We may collect and share aggregated or de-identified data that does not personally identify you.
Social Login Accounts:
If you log in using social platforms, we receive limited profile information from those providers. You can manage or remove social logins in your account settings.
Facial Recognition (GeoSnapShot Integration):
We partner with GeoSnapShot to provide optional facial recognition services for photos and videos. Facial recognition uses attributes like hair color, eye color, and face shape to match an individual’s likeness in images, but is not considered a unique biometric identifier like a fingerprint or DNA.
- Optional Use: Facial recognition is entirely optional. Event organizers or other entities may choose to enable or disable this feature.
- User Consent: If facial recognition is enabled, the organization that uploads photos or videos to GeoSnapShot is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from individuals appearing in those images.
- Technology Provider: Facial recognition is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring robust security and accuracy. For more information, refer to AWS’s resources on facial recognition.
- Control Over Your Data: You have full control to delete your photos from the platform at any time, thereby removing associated facial recognition data.
